The brighter and whiter the paper, the brighter and lighter the images that are printed on it. Colors on less bright papers are noticeably darker. For the most part, images on bright white paper have more vibrant colors. However, some light colors in an image can appear washed out on the whitest papers.

Bond paper has a basic size of 17 inches by 22 inches and a basis weight of 20 pounds and is characterized by erasability, good absorption, and rigidity. A paper’s basis weight is determined by the weight of 500 sheets of the paper at its basic size. In the case of 20-pound bond paper, 500 sheets of 17 inches by 22 inches bond paper weighs 20 pounds. Even when the large sheet is cut down to other sizes, including the ubiquitous 8.5 by 11-inch size, it is still referred to as 20-pound paper.

A truckload of letter size copy paper contains 840 cases. A truckload carries a total of 21 pallets with 40 cases per pallet which come shrink-wrapped on high grade wood pallets. You get the best value ordering in increments of pallet or truckload quantities.

Yes, we can! Your location will need to be equipped with a forklift and pallet jack and we will provide driver assistance for a small a fee. If you do not have a forklift or pallet jack, we will supply a lift gate and pallet jack with delivery but please advise your Account Manager as there is an additional fee for this service.

Our standard turnaround time for delivery is 2-5 days after receipt of order for full truckload orders anywhere in the contiguous United States. For less than truckload orders our lead time is 5-7 days after receipt of order. We do offer next day delivery at select locations, please contact your Account Manager to inquire about this service.
